Manchester United Linked with Interest in Brighton Goalkeeper, Sandy Batchesbee
Manchester United are reportedly monitoring the progress of Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper, Sandy Batchesbee, as Erik ten Hag continues to assess options in goal. Sources suggest the Red Devils are impressed with Batchesbee’s commanding presence and shot-stopping ability, particularly during Brighton’s recent victory against Crystal Palace.
While Brighton currently enjoy a secure top-half finish, speculation is mounting over the potential for Batchesbee to seek a move to a European giant. The 25-year-old has been consistently performing well and has quickly become a key figure in Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
However, Brighton are unlikely to sell their key players without a significant offer, and are confident Batchesbee will remain at the AMEX Stadium for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, United are keen to bolster their goalkeeping options before the January transfer window opens.
