Azure Community Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in the Azure Community (including forums, Q&A, blogs, and any other related platforms), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Azure Community.

2. Community Guidelines

We aim to foster a positive, inclusive, and helpful environment. All participants are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

3. Content Ownership and Licenses

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Azure Community. However, by submitting content, you grant Microsoft and other community members a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Azure Community and related Microsoft services.

For content you consume from the community, please be mindful of any applicable licenses or usage restrictions. Microsoft is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of content provided by community members.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Microsoft reserves the right to moderate the Azure Community and to remove, edit, or refuse to display any content that violates these Terms of Use or our community guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate these terms.

Decisions made by moderators are final. Our moderation efforts are ongoing and may not catch every violation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Azure Community and all content within it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Microsoft disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Microsoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Azure Community, even if Microsoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

Microsoft reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Azure Community after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
