Key Pricing Components
Azure ExpressRoute pricing is based on several factors, including the bandwidth of your circuit, the data transfer, and the ExpressRoute Premium add-on.
- Port Speed/Bandwidth: The cost of the dedicated port speed you provision for your ExpressRoute circuit. This is a monthly recurring charge.
- Data Transfer: All inbound data transfer into Azure is free. Outbound data transfer from Azure is charged at a per-GB rate.
- ExpressRoute Premium Add-on: An optional add-on that provides enhanced features such as global connectivity, increased route limits, and service keys for provider peering.
- Partner/Provider Fees: Charges from your network service provider for the physical cross-connection to an ExpressRoute location.
