IN ANY CASE, MICROSOFT'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MICROSOFT FOR THE SERVICES RELATED TO THE DOCUMENTATION IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR $50.00.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
