Driver crashes after Windows 11 update

After installing the latest Windows 11 23H2 update, my GTX 1080 starts crashing within 5 minutes of launching any game. The driver version is 537.13. I tried a clean reinstall but the issue persists.

Event Viewer shows:
Display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Same here. I rolled back to driver 531.79 and the crashes stopped. Possibly a regression in 537.x for older cards.

Did you try disabling Fast Startup? It caused similar issues for me after a Windows update.
