My First PC Build - Help Needed!

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build my first PC and I'm getting stuck on the PSU selection. I'm planning on using it for gaming and some light video editing. I'm looking for something around 650W. Any recommendations? I'm on a budget, so good value is important. I'm open to brands.

Thanks in advance!
Hey John,

For your needs, I'd recommend the Corsair RM650x. It's a great value, fully modular, and has 80+ Gold certification. You can usually find it for around $130-$150.

Also, consider checking out reviews on sites like Tom's Hardware and PC Gamer.

Good luck with your build!
The Seasonic FOCUS GX-650 is also an excellent option. It's a bit pricier, but it's known for its reliability and efficiency.

You can find it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Seasonic-GX-650-PSU-Gold-Certified/dp/B089GGLD88 (This is just an example link, please verify before purchasing!).
