Hey everyone! I'm planning my first custom water cooling loop for my RTX 4090 and Ryzen 9 7950X. Any recommendations on pump flow rate and block compatibility?

For a high‑end build like that, I'd go with a D5 pump at ~1500 L/h. Make sure your reservoir has enough volume to accommodate the flow and give you some headroom.
