Hey everyone, after updating to the latest 527.56 driver, my RTX 3080 keeps crashing mid‑game. I've tried a clean install, rolled back, even a fresh Windows install, but the issue persists. Any ideas?
GPU Driver Issues Crashing
Make sure your BIOS is up to date. Some older motherboards have compatibility issues with newer drivers. Also try disabling Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in Windows settings.
I had the same problem. Rolling back to driver 527.45 and adding nvlddmkm parameters in the registry solved it. Check this Reddit thread for details.
Check your power supply connections. A loose 8‑pin cable can cause intermittent crashes under load.
