I’ve been using the Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz CL36 2x16GB kit on a similar build. It runs stable at XMP 3.0 and gives me ~5% FPS boost in some games. Price is around $210.
If you can stretch the budget, the G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 6400MHz CL30 is fantastic. It’s a bit pricey (~$280) but the lower latency really helps in titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Redfall.
