My Samsung Galaxy Tab A started flickering randomly after a recent update. It happens both on the home screen and in apps. I've tried restarting and turning off adaptive brightness, but nothing helped. Any ideas?

Did you try clearing the cache partition? Power off, then hold Volume Up + Power until the recovery menu appears, then select "Wipe cache".
It could be a hardware issue with the screen driver. If the tablet is still under warranty, consider contacting Samsung support.
