Hey everyone, I've been running the i9-14900K in some heavy workloads, and I'm seeing some interesting results. The single-core performance is absolutely incredible, pushing past 7GHz consistently. However, I'm noticing some thermal throttling under sustained loads. I'm using a high-end air cooler, but it's struggling to keep the CPU cool.

Anyone else experiencing this, and what cooling solutions are you using?

I've had similar issues. I'm using the Noctua NH-D15, and I'm still seeing some throttling after about 30-45 minutes of rendering. I think the 14900K just demands a truly exceptional cooler. Have you tried adjusting the fan curves in your motherboard's BIOS?

I've been overclocking this chip and hitting 6.2GHz stable. The AIO is absolutely critical. I'm using the Corsair iCUE H150 Elite.
