Network Issues with Syncing Solutions

I've been experiencing intermittent syncing failures with MySync during peak hours. The logs show timeout errors, but my internet connection is stable. Has anyone seen similar behavior with other services?

It turned out to be my router's QoS settings throttling the traffic. Disabling QoS solved the issue. Also, make sure your firewall isn’t blocking outbound ports 443 and 80 for the sync client.

I recommend checking the MTU size. Some ISPs have lower MTU limits which cause packet fragmentation. Setting the MTU to 1400 on the sync client resolved my problem.
