My internet connection is extremely slow and keeps dropping. Help!
Hello everyone,
I've been having persistent issues with my home network for the past week. My internet connection is incredibly slow, and it frequently disconnects, sometimes for several minutes at a time. This is happening on all my devices (laptop, phone, smart TV).
I've already tried:
- Rebooting my modem and router multiple times.
- Checking all cable connections to ensure they are secure.
- Testing the connection with a wired Ethernet cable directly to the router, which didn't seem to make a significant difference.
- Running speed tests (results are consistently far below my subscribed plan speed).
My ISP (Internet Service Provider) claims there are no outages in my area. I'm starting to suspect it might be an issue with my router or potentially an interference problem.
Has anyone experienced similar issues and found a solution? Any advice or steps I can take to diagnose this further would be greatly appreciated!
