Optimize Android Battery Life

I'm constantly running out of battery on my Pixel 7 even though I only use it for messaging and a few apps. I've tried the built‑in battery saver, but it doesn't seem to help much. Any tips or apps that actually make a difference?

What I've Tried So Far

Reduced screen timeout to 30 seconds
Turned off Bluetooth and NFC when not in use
Uninstalled unused apps
Enabled Adaptive Battery

Still getting only ~5 hours of screen‑on time. 😭

Try disabling background activity for apps you rarely use. Settings → Apps → Select app → Battery → Background restriction.

If you have 5G, switch to LTE when you don't need super fast speeds. 5G consumes a lot more power.

Use a static wallpaper instead of live ones. Also, turn off auto‑sync for accounts you don't need constantly.
