I can't log into my account
Make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, click Reset Password to receive a reset link.
My payment was declined
Check that your card details are up to date and that your bank hasn't blocked the transaction. You can also try a different payment method in Payment Settings.
The website is loading slowly
Clear your browser cache, disable any heavy extensions, or try accessing the site in incognito mode. If the issue persists, check System Status for outages.
I received a suspicious email claiming to be from support
Our official emails always come from @yourcommunity.org
. Do not click any links in suspicious messages. Report the email here.
How do I delete my account?
Navigate to Account Deletion in your settings. Follow the steps, and note that this action is irreversible.
