* 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed * 1 tbsp Soy Sauce * 1 tbsp Cornstarch * 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil * 1 Onion, chopped * 2 cloves Garlic, minced * 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced * 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced * 1 cup Broccoli Florets * 1/4 cup Chicken Broth * 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce (optional) * Cooked Rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet.
3. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
4. Add onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
5. Add bell peppers and broccoli and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
6. Pour in chicken broth and oyster sauce (if using) and bring to a simmer.
7. Serve over cooked rice.
