Resetting Your Password
Forgotten your password? Don't worry, it happens to everyone! Follow these simple steps to regain access to your account.
Navigate to the Password Reset Page
Open your web browser and go to our application's login page. Look for a link that says "Forgot Password?", "Reset Password", or something similar. This is usually located near the login fields.
Alternatively, you can directly visit: /forgot-password
Enter Your Registered Email Address
On the password reset page, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Please ensure you enter the correct email address.

Check Your Email for Instructions
After submitting your email, check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder, just in case!) for an email from us. This email will contain a unique link to reset your password.
The email subject line will typically be: "Password Reset Request for Your Account".
Follow the Reset Link
Click on the password reset link provided in the email. This link is usually valid for a limited time (e.g., 24 hours) for security reasons.
If the link has expired, you will need to repeat the process from step 1.
Set a New Password
You will be directed to a page where you can create a new password. Choose a strong password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, %)
You may be asked to confirm your new password by typing it again.
Confirm and Log In
Once you have successfully set your new password, you should see a confirmation message. You can now return to the login page and sign in using your email address and your new password.
