These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MSDN Community Learn platform, including any content, features, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

- Content Contribution: When you submit, post, or upload content (e.g., code samples, articles, comments, questions, answers) to the Service ("User Content"), you grant Microsoft a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Microsoft's business.
- Code of Conduct: You agree to use the Service responsibly and respectfully. You shall not:
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload or transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to any other user's accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Intellectual Property: All content provided on the Service, other than User Content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Microsoft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Microsoft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. Microsoft may also revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "last modified" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Microsoft expressly disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Microsoft does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall Microsoft, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, including but not limited to any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
