Thank you for participating in the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) Community. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MSDN Community platforms, including forums, blogs, wikis, and any other services provided by Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft") in connection with the MSDN Community ("Community Services"). By accessing or using the Community Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Community Services.

To participate in certain Community Services, you may need to create a Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. MICROSOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

MICROSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE COMMUNITY SERVICES, EVEN IF MICROSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
