You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Moderation and Enforcement
Microsoft reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any content posted on the Services that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these terms.
