I'm looking for insights and best practices on optimizing our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. We've been using Jenkins for a while, and while it works, we're experiencing longer build times and occasional deployment bottlenecks. I'm particularly interested in:

Great topic! For build times, aggressive caching is key. We've had success with Docker layer caching for build artifacts and dependency caching. Also, consider breaking down monolithic build steps into smaller, parallelizable micro-builds. For deployments, blue-green deployments or canary releases can minimize downtime and risk.
Are you using Jenkins shared libraries? They can really help standardize and optimize pipeline configurations.
Jane, regarding deployment reliability, have you explored infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible in conjunction with your CI/CD? They provide a declarative way to manage infrastructure and deployments, making them more repeatable and less error-prone.
For monitoring, Prometheus and Grafana are excellent for visualizing pipeline metrics and alerts.
