Overview
The Windows 23H2 SDK adds new APIs, performance enhancements, and tooling updates that enable developers to build modern Windows experiences faster. This release aligns with the latest Windows 11 features, improving support for AI, gaming, and cross‑device scenarios.

Compatibility
The 23H2 SDK is backward compatible with apps targeting Windows 10 version 1809 and later. Projects built with previous SDK versions can be upgraded by updating the TargetPlatformVersion property.
