Francesco Bagnaia has stated his primary focus for the remainder of the MotoGP season is on improving his consistency rather than chasing outright wins. The reigning World Champion has had some strong performances but has struggled with lapses in concentration and race pace, leading to missed opportunities.

“I think we need to be smarter, not just faster,” Bagnaia said after yesterday's race. “I had a good start, but then I lost the feeling with the bike and made some mistakes. It’s about managing the tires, managing the pace, and staying calm. Winning is fantastic, of course, but consistency is key to winning the championship.”

Team Manager Alberto Puig echoed Bagnaia's sentiments, adding that they’ve identified areas for improvement in the rider’s race management. “We’ve been working closely with Francesco to refine his approach,” Puig stated. “It’s about knowing when to push and when to hold back. We’re confident that these changes will translate into stronger results in the coming races.”
