Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
Contact our support team to request your API keys. These keys are essential for authenticating your email account with our platform. This typically involves a request through our contact form.
Log in to your email provider's website (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo). Navigate to the settings or account section and look for options related to "App Passwords," "Third-Party Access," or "Delegated Access."
You'll need to create a new app password specifically for our platform. The name should reflect the app, such as "MyPlatformApp". We recommend using a strong, unique password.
Example (Gmail): Settings > Accounts & Import > Third-Party Applications > Add > MyPlatformApp > Generate App Password
Once you've generated your app password, test the integration. You should be able to send and receive emails through our platform.
