How to Create an Account
Creating an account is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
- Visit the registration page.
- Enter your name, a valid email address, and choose a secure password.
- Click “Sign Up”. You’ll receive a verification email.
- Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account.

Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it safely using the steps below:
- Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (valid for 30 minutes).
- Follow the link and choose a new password that meets our security criteria.

Change Email Address
Keeping your email up to date ensures you receive important notifications.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
3. Click “Edit” next to your current email address.
4. Enter the new email and confirm.
5. A verification email will be sent to the new address – click the link to confirm.
After updating, you’ll be logged out and need to log in with the new email.
Enable Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA)
Adding 2FA provides an extra layer of security.
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Click “Enable Two‑Factor Authentication”.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
- Enter the 6‑digit code generated by the app to verify.
Keep backup codes in a safe place in case you lose access to your authenticator app.
Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go. Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:
- Log in and go to Settings > Account.
- Scroll down to “Delete Account”.
- Read the information carefully, then type your account’s email to confirm.
- Click “Delete Account”. A confirmation email will be sent.
After deletion, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
