We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note: Certain items, such as personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log In to Your Account: Visit the 'My Orders' section of your account.
- Select Your Order: Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Request Return: Click the 'Request Return' button and follow the on-screen prompts. You'll need to specify the reason for your return.
- Print Your Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) and attach the shipping label.
- Ship Your Return: Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship your new item(s) once the original item is received. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation.
