Customer Data

You grant Microsoft permission to use cached copies of your Customer Data and Content as necessary for the purpose of providing the Service.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any Microsoft intellectual property) are and will remain with Microsoft and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use any Microsoft trademarks or service marks.
Modifications and Service Availability
Microsoft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any significant changes or discontinuations. Microsoft does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
Microsoft may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MICROSOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the "last modified" date at the top of the page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
