Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Azure API Management (APIM) services. By creating or continuing to use an APIM instance, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance
Access to the service is conditioned upon acceptance of the Microsoft Services Agreement, as well as any supplemental terms described below.
License
Microsoft grants you a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use the API Management service in accordance with the documentation and any applicable subscription plan.
Usage Restrictions
- Do not use the service to publish illegal content.
- Do not exceed the throttling limits defined in your pricing tier.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any API keys or credentials.
Data Protection & Privacy
Microsoft processes and stores data in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the service.
Termination
Microsoft may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, violate applicable law, or fail to pay subscription fees.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Microsoft Services Agreement, typically the state of Washington, USA.
